When you refresh your license key, you might get an error message that looks like this:
“The key provided does not exist, or the host “https://[your portal URL]/” does not have a license registered. Please make sure you have entered your license key correctly.”
That happens because:
(1) the server is protected or restricted
It can be due to server security settings or network restrictions to internet access. In that case, contact our support team to provide you with the proper case-specific instructions.
(2) the server IP and/or the domain don’t match the license key data
It can be that specific data have been changed and they don’t match the IP and/or domain name declared in the license key server. In that case, contact our support team to check your main portal IP and domain name and proceed with a license key update if necessary.
